The Restaurant seats around 95 people, Bookings are not usually needed but it is advised at the weekends, and bank holidays
Paolo Allegrini ,owner of Pizza Volante Restaurant since March 1997 is committed to bringing the best in traditional Italian food to Sheffield .

The Restaurant has been open for over 30 years and was previously called the Flying Pizza. When  Paulo became the owner in 1997, the name was changed to Pizza Volante{the Italian meaning for Flying Pizza}

Paolo  leads a professional team of  staff that provide excellent food and service in his quaint, yet elegant establishment. All Staff are from Southern Italy
Paolo quotes “we create each dish with pride, from our side salads to our mouth watering entrées, and we only use the freshest ingredients available to create that authentic Italian flavor”.

Paolo left his village of Brindisi, in southern Italy in 1980 after completing five years training at one of Italy’s top catering colleges. He also brings with him generations of family recipes.

Smell the aroma of  pizza, and drink  delightful sunny Mediterranean wines, which Paolo personally imports from Italy.
